Day 2 of the high fat diet...

Dinner on day 2 of the high fat experiment.  More bacon, this time with egg, garlic and chilli flakes. On the ubiquitous mountain of salad.

So far its not been too bad. I'm not hungry, or overly tired. I'm not sure i would lose weight if I maintained this... but thats not the point. The big question is how would I feel if I trained, but I know the answer to that... rubbish!

One day left... or do I carry on for the suggested 5 followed by a day of monster carb scoffing? Stupid to experiment with a marathon on Sunday (albeit a C-race)?
