I feel sick....

Will report back after tonight's 10 mile TT at Leominster.

Nothing like an n=1 study with no double blind to really make you feel confident about the efficacy of something.

The big question is, will a coffee push me over the edge and actually make me sick?

[Edited 17:11 - after sitting on the loo for the last 30 minutes and doing endless masssive sicky burps I've just checked the date of the post and the linked scientific paper.  It's not April 1st, thank goodness.  The quest goes on!]
